Earlier this evening as Miss A was finishing up some fried green tomatoes for our dinner and I was hemming a pair of scrubs for a classmate, the phone rang. She answered it and handed it to me thinking it was my dad.
Not so.
It was a former co-worker who really creeped me out. I don't know how he got our phone number. It's not listed, at least not in my name and not standard in Miss A's name.
When he quit working with my company, I was to the point of diligently avoiding him. If I heard his voice in the hallway I'd take an alternate route to not have to walk past him. If forced to, I was usually on my way to a meeting.
I could tell he had a thing for me and I was trying desperately to dissuade any contact with him thinking he would forget about me.
Apparently, not so.
He propositioned me on the phone this evening. I was so freaked out we programmed his number in the caller ID to identify him as 'Do Not Answer'.
Scumbag is married too. The last time I talked to him he told me he'd moved his family to the next town over from us. This was freaky enough, but now he's calling my home number.
I'll be talking with our HR department tomorrow. I know he doesn't work with us anymore, but I think they need to be aware in case he shows up.
This is really freaking me out.

What was his reason for calling?
That is always an uncomforable feeling when you know someone had to do some research to contact you.
Phone his wife and tell her.
